Dry Mixes: Fajitas

2 Tbsp corn starch
3 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
4 tsp paprika
4 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp MSG free chicken bouillon
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin

Mix dry ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Shake before using.

Use 2 1/2 -3 Tbsp of mix per pound of meat. I also add a bit of water to make it more ‘saucy’. Use as you would a packet of fajita mix adding peppers, onions etc.
