Welcome— I’m so glad you’re here.
Still Waters was created as a place of encouragement, learning, and community. Life can be busy, uncertain, and sometimes overwhelming, but I believe we all need a space where we can pause, take a deep breath, and rest beside still waters — a place to be refreshed in heart, mind, and spirit.
The name Still Waters comes from the Hebrew phrase “Mei Menuchot,” meaning restful waters — a place of rest, trust, and safety. My hope is that this space becomes just that for you: a gentle reminder that peace is possible, even in the midst of life’s storms.
Here you’ll find reflections on mental health, relationships, faith, and personal growth — shared with honesty, compassion, and the desire to help us all flourish. Whether you’re here to learn, to find encouragement, or simply to know you’re not alone, I hope you leave feeling seen and strengthened.
So, pour yourself a cup of something warm, take a deep breath, and settle in. You’re welcome here.
